Parole Impact

Terms of sale

Applicable to services supplied by Parole Impact. Version adapted to the request process — 20 September 2026.

1. Purpose and identity of the Provider

These Terms of Sale govern services offered under the Parole Impact name by Chloé Subra de Bieusses (the “Provider”), based at 15 rue Montera, 75012 Paris, France. SIREN business registration number: 813 871 118. Contact: contact@paroleimpact.com.

The terms are provided before the order is finalised. The client accepts the proposal and these terms as part of finalisation. Merely submitting a website request is neither acceptance of a binding order nor a confirmed booking. Specific conditions expressly agreed in the proposal define the service scope and arrangements.

2. Services

Parole Impact offers individual and group sessions, speaking and writing coaching, team building, conferences and masterclasses, awareness workshops, public-speaking support, preparation for events and professional presentations, and services involving pitches, storytelling, copywriting, cultural mediation and eloquent expression.

Depending on the programme, activities may include writing, speaking, spoken-word poetry and AI tools. Services take place in person or remotely as agreed. The coaching programmes shown on the website are not vocational courses leading to a recognised qualification eligible for France’s CPF funding scheme, and are not presented as Qualiopi-certified training.

3. Requests, bookings and formation of the order

The client selects one or more services, the available options and a preferred weekday date, without choosing a time from a fixed list of slots. They then provide contact details and send a request. Submission creates no payment obligation and does not reserve a date in the diary.

The Provider contacts the client to clarify objectives, participant and session numbers, format, location, language, pricing and availability. A proposal setting out the service, date and time, terms of sale and payment arrangements is provided before any commitment.

The order becomes binding after the client accepts the proposal and these terms and the Provider confirms it under the agreed arrangements. The preferred date is secured only after that confirmation. An unfinalised request can be corrected or withdrawn by emailing contact@paroleimpact.com.

4. Prices and payment

Website prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Where a price is labelled “from”, the final amount depends on factors including format, session numbers and agreed scope. In-person delivery and travel may involve additional charges, disclosed before finalisation.

The proposal specifies the total amount and any additional costs. The website does not collect payments or card details. Payment is arranged directly with the Provider when the order is finalised; unless otherwise agreed in writing, it is due when the order is confirmed.

The Provider may change prices for new requests. The price accepted for an order remains applicable to that order.

5. Right of withdrawal

Where a client has a statutory withdrawal right for a remotely concluded service contract, they have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to exercise it without giving a reason, under Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code. An unfinalised request does not start this period.

Withdrawal can be notified by a clear statement emailed to contact@paroleimpact.com or posted to the Provider’s address, identifying the client and order. The form below is optional.

Starting within the 14-day period

Scheduling an early date does not itself remove this right. An early start requires the client’s express request. If they withdraw after work has begun on that basis, the service already provided may be payable under Article L.221-25. Loss of the right for a fully performed service requires the consents and information stipulated by Article L.221-28.

For any digital content supplied without a physical medium before the period ends, the specific conditions of Article L.221-28 must be met, including prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the withdrawal right. Selecting a service on this website does not collect those agreements.

Where withdrawal entitles the client to a refund, it is made within the statutory conditions and deadlines, normally within 14 days of notification. The commercial cancellation terms below do not limit mandatory client rights.

Withdrawal form

To Chloé Subra de Bieusses — Parole Impact, 15 rue Montera, 75012 Paris, France, contact@paroleimpact.com.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [service and order reference].

Contract concluded on: [date]. Client’s name: [name]. Client’s address: [address]. Date: [date]. Client’s signature, only if sent on paper.

6. Client cancellation, absence or changes

Before finalisation, a request may be withdrawn or changed without charge. After finalisation and confirmation of the date by the Provider, the booking is binding, subject to statutory withdrawal and other applicable legal rights and any specific terms agreed in writing.

Outside those rights and agreements, cancellation, refunds and rescheduling are not guaranteed. Absence, lateness or inability to attend attributable to the client may result in the full service price remaining payable, without automatic rescheduling. Lateness may shorten the session without reducing the price.

Send any change request promptly to contact@paroleimpact.com. After confirming the date, the Provider may exceptionally agree to reschedule, subject to availability and without being obliged to do so. A new date must be confirmed in writing. These arrangements help maintain a reliable diary and well-organised sessions.

7. Provider cancellation or changes

If the Provider is unavailable or an event of force majeure occurs, an alternative date may be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, amounts paid for the unperformed service are refunded. The parties discuss practical arrangements without prejudice to applicable legal rights.

8. Client responsibilities and sessions

The client agrees to:

  • Be punctual and promptly report difficulties attending.
  • Be polite and respectful towards the Provider and other participants.
  • Follow the service framework, instructions and agreed conditions.
  • Have the equipment needed for remote sessions: internet connection, microphone, webcam and access to the agreed video-call tool.
  • Avoid disrupting group sessions.

Inappropriate or disrespectful conduct may result in the service being stopped. Within the limits allowed by law, the Provider reserves the possibility of not refunding a session stopped for this reason. This provision does not remove the client’s statutory rights.

9. Liability

The Provider undertakes to use appropriate care, expertise and methods for the agreed scope. A particular outcome is not guaranteed: progress also depends on context, participation and practice.

Within the limits permitted by law, the Provider is not responsible for technical issues arising from the client’s equipment or connection, lateness or absence attributable to the client, or indirect losses. Dissatisfaction with results does not by itself establish a failure by the Provider. These terms do not exclude liability for a proven breach or the client’s mandatory guarantees and rights.

10. Intellectual property

Materials, documents, exercises, scripts, pitches, content, videos, recordings and methods created and supplied by the Provider remain their intellectual property, subject to third-party rights and elements belonging to the client.

Supplying them does not transfer reproduction, distribution or exploitation rights. Use is restricted to the programme and any rights agreed in writing. Reproduction or distribution outside that scope requires the rights holder’s prior permission.

11. Personal data

Information is used to handle requests, prepare proposals, organise services and manage the client relationship, as described in the website’s privacy policy. The selected services are stored locally in the browser and do not constitute a confirmed order.

For questions about processing or to exercise rights, including access, correction and erasure where applicable, email contact@paroleimpact.com.

12. Governing law and disputes

French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them. Please first send complaints to contact@paroleimpact.com, identifying the service, date and problem so that an amicable solution can be sought.

Consumers may use consumer mediation under the conditions provided by law. Contact details for a mediator appointed by Parole Impact are not available as of this version.

If no amicable resolution is reached, jurisdiction is determined by the applicable legal rules. Courts at the Provider’s registered address cannot be imposed where mandatory provisions establish another jurisdiction.
