FAQ: coaching, public speaking, AI and programmes

Question 1

What are the programmes designed to achieve?

Accepted Answer

Parole Impact programmes develop participants’ communication skills and their ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively. They work on synthesis, coherence and creativity alongside practical speaking, writing and presentation techniques. The aim is to make messages more effective in the situations participants actually encounter.

Question 2

What is the difference between coaching, a conference and team building?

Accepted Answer

Coaching is personalised, individual support focused on specific goals and progress over time. It addresses practical challenges involving presence, communication and professional practices.

A conference or masterclass is a one-off, interactive format that introduces a larger group to communication in the workplace. It shares useful concepts and reference points, creates common understanding and encourages collective momentum, without individual coaching.

Team building is designed for established teams. A shared, engaging experience strengthens cohesion, cooperation and the quality of professional interactions.

Question 3

What is AI-assisted speaking and writing coaching?

Accepted Answer

This personalised support develops spoken and/or written expression in professional contexts. Speaking work covers voice, posture, body language and persuasion. Writing work focuses on clarity, style, syntax and adaptation to the professional context, audience and specific goals.

AI can help analyse content, identify verbal or writing habits, test alternative wording and organise ideas. It supports preparation and decision-making. Human expertise provides tailored feedback, critical judgement and strategic perspective, helping participants develop effective, authentic communication that lasts.

Question 4

Who are Parole Impact programmes for?

Accepted Answer

- Businesses and organisations of all sizes.
- Teams and departments working on communication, cooperation or organisational change.
- Employees, managers and executives seeking to strengthen their presence, leadership and relationships.
- Professionals and independent workers wishing to develop their speaking skills and professional presence.
- Project leaders, HR teams and learning and development managers supporting individual or collective change.
- Students and anyone wishing to improve their communication, whatever their background.

There are no prerequisites. The programme takes account of different levels of experience.

Question 5

Can these programmes be funded through the CPF?

Accepted Answer

Parole Impact provides coaching centred on individual needs and objectives. These services are outside the scope of vocational training leading to a recognised qualification and are not eligible for France’s CPF funding scheme. Parole Impact does not present these programmes as Qualiopi-certified training.

Question 6

What can I expect from coaching?

Accepted Answer

The programmes help you clarify your messages, strengthen your professional presence and develop practical tools for greater ease in speaking and writing. They provide usable reference points, a better understanding of effective expression and improvement ideas that can be applied directly at work.

Question 7

How long do the programmes last?

Accepted Answer

Duration depends on the goals and format. Support may involve short sessions of one to two hours or a more extensive programme spread across several sessions. The number and length of sessions are agreed according to your needs.

Question 8

Which methods and techniques are used?

Accepted Answer

The work combines discourse structure, storytelling, public-speaking exercises and techniques to improve the clarity and impact of writing. Real situations, practical cases and role-play connect the exercises to participants’ professional challenges.

Question 9

Is this suitable if I have never used AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The programmes adapt to all levels of experience, with no technical prerequisites. You can become familiar with AI gradually and develop uses that fit your professional needs.

Question 10

Is this suitable if I have never spoken in public?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both beginners and experienced speakers can take part. Parole Impact supports discovery and progress while taking account of your starting point, context and the professional situations you face.

Question 11

Is this suitable if I find writing difficult?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No particular writing level is required. The work starts with your intended message and purpose, whatever your spelling or stylistic confidence. Parole Impact helps you become more comfortable with writing and progress at a pace suited to your professional context.

Question 12

Is follow-up support available?

Accepted Answer

Follow-up can be offered through individual or group coaching, reviews, audits or practical recommendations. It helps consolidate learning, identify further improvements and continue your progress. The appropriate format can be discussed as part of your programme.

Question 13

How do I request a programme?

Accepted Answer

Choose your programme, then the available number of sessions, delivery format and language. Enter a preferred date from Monday to Friday, without choosing a fixed time slot. You can include several services in one request.

Add your contact details and context, then submit your request. We will contact you to clarify your goals, check availability, agree on a date and time and explain the programme terms. Submission is neither a confirmed booking nor a paid order. Please plan ahead, as availability is limited.

You can also email contact@paroleimpact.com for an initial conversation about the most suitable format. If the form reports that submission failed, contact us directly at that address.

Question 14

What happens after I submit my request?

Accepted Answer

1. Initial contact: we review your request and discuss the context, goals and participants.

2. Proposal and confirmation: together we agree on the format, number of sessions, date, time and location or video-call arrangements. Final pricing, terms of sale and payment arrangements are provided before you commit. Your preferred date remains indicative until we confirm it.

3. Start: once the order is finalised, the sessions begin by agreeing on objectives and how the programme will run. No payment is made on this website.

4. Review: a closing discussion assesses the benefits and considers next steps, including follow-up where useful.

Question 15

How can AI help improve public speaking?

Accepted Answer

AI can support practice by examining a speech’s structure, arguments, transitions, consistency and vocabulary. It may identify repetitions, vague wording or inconsistencies and suggest improvements tailored to your purpose: persuading, explaining, inspiring, reassuring or energising.

This analysis can highlight aspects that are difficult to notice on your own. Its suggestions still need critical review and adaptation to the speaker and audience.

Question 16

Can AI replace a human coach?

Accepted Answer

AI complements the coach’s work. A human coach brings an emotional and relational perspective, observing energy, posture and presence. AI can support technical analysis of structure, rhythm and clarity.

AI helps with preparation, regular independent practice and quick feedback. The coach then works on nuance, alignment, authenticity, connection with the audience and the human dimensions that a machine cannot fully reproduce.

Question 17

Can I practise speaking with AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AI can simulate situations such as a project presentation, pitch, difficult meeting, interview, conference or motivational speech. It can suggest unexpected questions, objections and possible audience reactions, from curiosity to scepticism.

It can also propose exercises involving diction, articulation, breathing, rhythm, storytelling and timing. You can practise at your own pace in a low-pressure setting, using its feedback as support alongside the coach’s judgement.

Question 18

Can AI help with stress?

Accepted Answer

Indirectly, yes. AI can help you work on several sources of stress: insufficient preparation, uncertainty about your content, fear of questions, losing your train of thought and feeling unqualified.

Scenarios, rehearsals, a clear outline and alternative versions of a speech can make preparation more concrete. Knowing what to say and having practised can strengthen confidence. This does not guarantee that stress will disappear or replace human work on presence, breathing and connection with the audience.

Question 19

Can AI help write professional speeches?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AI can help structure an initial idea, clarify complex messages, find relevant angles and adapt content for teams, clients, partners or leadership groups.

It can propose versions for different purposes, create a narrative thread, suggest examples, simplify technical content and improve pacing. Human expertise remains essential for consistency, tone, intention and delivery: AI supports preparation, while the speaker brings the message to life.

Question 20

Is AI useful for meetings, pitches and conferences?

Accepted Answer

AI can support professional situations that require clarity, brevity and impact. It can help you:

- Summarise a brief and identify the central message.
- Prepare scenarios for possible audience reactions.
- Anticipate sensitive or strategic questions.
- Adapt language to your audience.
- Review speaking time to keep the message concise.
- Explore alternative pitches.
- Check consistency between your objectives and your speech.

Whether for a team meeting, sales pitch, strategic presentation or institutional address, these uses provide a structured approach to preparation.

Question 21

How can I stay authentic when using AI?

Accepted Answer

Authenticity comes from your intention, presence and relationship with the audience. AI should remain a supporting tool.

Start with your own vision, experience and way of speaking, then use AI to clarify, strengthen or enrich the message. A speech may be structured with AI, but the person delivering it must make it their own. Emotion, nuance and presence remain human contributions.

Question 22

What are the practical benefits of combining AI and a human coach?

Accepted Answer

The combination brings content analysis together with personalised support:

- Depending on the tools used, AI reviews text, rhythm or structure and offers quick feedback that needs critical assessment.
- The coach interprets that feedback, relates it to professional goals and recommends appropriate changes.
- AI supports regular independent practice, within the limits of the service used, to encourage repetition and consolidation.
- The coach works on presence, posture, confidence and authenticity.
- Preparation allows more session time to focus on human, relational and strategic challenges.

The aim is steady, lasting progress, which also depends on each participant’s practice and involvement.

Question 23

Are sessions online or in person?

Accepted Answer

Programmes are available by video call or in person, depending on the service. In-person delivery may carry an additional charge. Include your preferred format and location so your proposal can specify the arrangements and any extra costs.

Question 24

Can I take a programme in English?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Programmes are available in French or English. Specify your preferred language in the request so that discussions and exercises fit your context.

Question 25

Can I change or cancel my request?

Accepted Answer

Before the order is finalised, email contact@paroleimpact.com to change or withdraw your request. After confirmation, the withdrawal, cancellation and rescheduling provisions in the terms of sale apply. Subject to applicable legal rights, rescheduling after a date is confirmed is exceptional, requires the provider’s agreement and is not guaranteed.
