The origins of Parole Impact — expertise grounded in experience
Parole Impact grew out of a simple observation: in professional life, decisions often hinge on the quality of our words, our delivery and the clarity of our messages. Too often, good ideas lack the structure or presence they need to be heard.
To address these challenges, Parole Impact was founded by Chloé Subra de Bieusses, a French communication coach, trainer and speaker with hundreds of speaking engagements and coaching programmes behind her. She is recognised for a teaching approach centred on authentic public speaking and the quality of interpersonal communication, supporting executives, managers and teams facing communication challenges.
With a background in communication, linguistics and social sciences, she has built her career at the intersection of the performing arts — particularly theatre and spoken-word poetry, which she performs under the stage name Clionne — teaching and professional communication.
This experience has developed into strong expertise in spoken communication, writing and creating value through language. It informs a rigorous, practical approach that supports clear, responsible communication tailored to professional contexts.
