Parole Impact

Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026.

1. Scope and data controller

Parole Impact presents its programmes on this website and lets you prepare a request or send a message. This policy explains the personal information processed when you browse, use the forms or contact us, including its purposes, recipients and retention conditions.

The controller is Chloé Subra de Bieusses, trading as Parole Impact, SIREN 813 871 118, 15 rue Montera, 75012 Paris, France. Contact contact@paroleimpact.com for privacy questions or requests. The address clionneslam@gmail.com, listed in the previous policy, is also an identified contact for these requests.

For this version of the website, this policy replaces the notice for the former Shopify shop. The current process has no customer account or online payment. If another website page differs, this policy takes precedence for information about personal-data processing.

2. Personal information collected or processed

Personal data identifies someone directly or indirectly. Irreversibly anonymised information no longer allows such identification.

Depending on your use of the website and communications with us, the following categories may be involved:

  • Contact details: name, email and, if provided, telephone number and company. A billing address may be collected later when an order is finalised, but is not requested in the current form.
  • Programme request: selected services, session numbers, format, language, preferred dates and the context, goals and details you choose to provide.
  • Communications: messages, follow-up exchanges and information needed to respond.
  • Contractual relationship: accepted proposal, service arrangements, invoicing, payment, changes or cancellation, if your request leads to an order finalised outside the website.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, requests and technical information needed to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose incidents.

The website does not request a customer-account password, bank details or card number. Avoid putting sensitive data or unnecessary confidential information in free-text fields.

3. Sources of information

Information comes mainly from you through forms, emails and discussions about your project. Hosting and security services automatically receive some technical information when you access the website.

Providers involved in hosting, message transmission or organising a programme may process data on our behalf within their assigned role. The new process does not reproduce Shopify customer accounts, shopping carts or advertising features combining activity across shops.

4. Purposes and grounds for processing

  • Responding to a service request, understanding your needs and preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Organising and delivering a confirmed programme, follow-up, changes and contractual communications: performance of the contract.
  • Answering a general question: legitimate interest in following up messages addressed to Parole Impact and maintaining communication with visitors.
  • Creating and retaining invoices, meeting accounting requirements or responding to a lawful request: compliance with applicable legal obligations.
  • Operating the website, limiting abuse and automated submissions, understanding incidents and defending rights: legitimate interest in protecting our services and communications while respecting your rights.
  • Any optional processing proposed on the basis of consent: specific consent that you may withdraw.

Required fields are marked. We cannot process your request without the necessary details. Telephone and company are optional. Sending a request does not automatically subscribe you to advertising or authorise unrelated marketing.

5. Local selection, cookies and similar technologies

Selected services, options and preferred dates are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can recover your request across pages or on a later visit using the same device. The website does not save your contact details or free-text message in that storage.

You can remove each service individually. The selection is cleared after a confirmed successful submission and can also be removed by clearing site data in your browser settings. Local storage has no automatic expiry if you take no action. Service choices are transmitted with the form when you send your request.

Hosting and, for the private version, authentication services may use technical mechanisms needed for operation and security. The website does not implement advertising trackers or marketing audience-analysis modules. If optional trackers are added, the required information and consent choices must precede activation.

6. Recipients and disclosure

Information is intended for Parole Impact and those authorised to handle your request or deliver your programme. It may be shared with necessary technical providers: hosting and security, email transmission and receipt and, for a confirmed service, agreed scheduling, video-call, invoicing or payment tools.

Each recipient should receive only information needed for its role. Automatic form delivery is not yet enabled in this version. You can email contact@paroleimpact.com directly. The chosen email service will be identified in this policy when it is activated. The website reports unsuccessful submissions.

Disclosure may also occur at your request, with consent where required, to comply with legal obligations or valid authority requests, or to establish, exercise or defend rights. Any transfer connected with restructuring or a business sale must remain subject to applicable rules and required information.

The new website does not provide for selling your data, sharing it with partners for targeted advertising or enriching advertising profiles from other shops.

7. Hosting and the former Shopify relationship

This version is published through Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver pages and handle technical requests. Hosting providers process information needed to operate, secure and maintain the service.

The former Shopify-specific processing no longer describes how this website works. If you purchased from the previous shop, historical data may remain subject to Parole Impact’s retention obligations and Shopify’s own processing. Contact us about data held by Parole Impact; for processing controlled by Shopify, consult its privacy portal: https://privacy.shopify.com/fr.

8. Third-party websites and external links

The website may link to partners or other platforms. A link does not mean that we control their processing or approve all their content. Read their privacy and security policies when leaving our website.

Information posted in public spaces, including social networks, may be visible to and used by others under those platforms’ rules. This policy does not govern processing independently carried out by third parties.

9. Children’s information

The website is mainly for a professional audience and does not seek to collect children’s data. Requests involving a minor should be arranged with their legal representative where necessary. Parents or legal representatives may contact us about information collected from a child and request its review or removal, subject to applicable obligations.

10. Security

The website uses HTTPS and form checks to limit abusive submissions. Access to request handling is restricted to the people and services that need it for their role. These measures aim to protect information against unauthorised access, loss and disclosure. No measure can guarantee absolute security.

Only provide information relevant to your request and avoid sending sensitive documents through unsuitable channels. Incidents potentially affecting your information are subject to the assessment, notification and information duties required by applicable rules.

11. Retention

Information should be kept only as long as needed for its purpose. Duration depends on the information involved and what happens after your request:

  • Messages and requests without an order: for the time needed to respond and follow up the project, and subsequently where justified to retain useful evidence in a dispute. An abandoned request does not justify indefinite retention for marketing.
  • Client files: during delivery and follow-up, then restricted archiving of items needed for legal obligations or the defence of rights within applicable periods.
  • Invoices and accounting records: for the periods required by the rules governing those documents.
  • Security data and technical logs: for as long as useful to protect the service or analyse the relevant incident, depending on the technical services’ settings.
  • Local selection: until removal, clearing after a confirmed successful submission or deletion of browser data, as described above.

Ask us for the retention criteria applying to your file. Erasure may be limited to information no longer required for a legal obligation or the defence of rights.

12. Your rights and choices

Under the conditions established by applicable rules, you may request:

  • Access to your data and information about its processing.
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Erasure when the legal conditions are met.
  • Restriction of certain processing.
  • Portability where processing is automated and based on consent or a contract.
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests, according to your circumstances, and to direct marketing.
  • Withdrawal of consent where it is the basis for processing, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Handling a programme request does not involve a solely automated decision producing legal effects concerning you. AI references in the programmes do not mean that contact messages are automatically sent to an AI tool.

To exercise a right, email contact@paroleimpact.com or write to the postal address above, explaining your request. Where there is reasonable doubt about identity, necessary verification details may be requested. A representative must be able to demonstrate authorisation. Exercising a right does not lead to a penalty.

We respond within the statutory period, normally one month. If an extension is permitted because of complexity or the number of requests, we inform you of the duration and reasons during that first month. Any refusal must be explained. Declining promotional messages does not stop communications necessary for an ongoing contract.

13. Complaints

Contact us if you believe information is not being handled consistently with your rights. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including France’s CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/fr/adresser-une-plainte. You may contact the relevant authority in your country of residence where applicable.

14. International transfers

Depending on the providers involved, information may be processed outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers must rely on the safeguards required by applicable rules, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism.

Contact us to ask about recipients, countries and safeguards relevant to your processing, and to request a copy of safeguards where provided by law. The future email provider must be taken into account in this information before activation.

15. Changes and contact

This policy may change to reflect the website’s operation, service providers or legal requirements. The revised version is published here with an updated date, and any further required information is provided to affected people.
