Cancellation and refunds
This page details the arrangements in Articles 5 to 7 of the terms of sale. Version dated 20 September 2026.
Unfinalised requests
Sending a request through this website is neither a confirmed booking nor a paid order. You may withdraw it or request changes free of charge by emailing contact@paroleimpact.com. Your preferred weekday date remains indicative until the Provider confirms it.
Statutory withdrawal right
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a remotely concluded contract, you have 14 days from its conclusion. Send a clear statement identifying your order to contact@paroleimpact.com or Chloé Subra de Bieusses — Parole Impact, 15 rue Montera, 75012 Paris, France. An optional form appears in Article 5 of the terms of sale.
A session scheduled before the period ends does not automatically remove the right. Starting early, any payment for work already performed and loss of the right after full performance are subject to the legal conditions and express agreements described in the terms. Any digital content supplied without a physical medium is subject to the specific conditions explained there.
Cancellation after confirmation of the date
Subject to statutory withdrawal, other mandatory rights or a specific written agreement, a finalised booking with a confirmed date is binding. Cancellation and refunds are not guaranteed. Absence, lateness or inability to attend attributable to the client may result in the full service price remaining payable, without automatic rescheduling. Lateness may shorten a session without a price adjustment.
Rescheduling requests
Contact us as soon as you know you cannot attend. After the date is confirmed, the Provider considers each request and may exceptionally offer another date, subject to availability and without obligation. Any accepted change must be confirmed in writing. Sending a rescheduling request does not itself change the original booking.
Cancellation by Parole Impact
If the Provider is unavailable or an event of force majeure occurs, an alternative date may be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, amounts paid for the unperformed service are refunded, without prejudice to applicable legal rights.
Refunds and contact
As the website collects no payment, refunds concern sums paid when the order was finalised directly. Refunds due following withdrawal are made within statutory deadlines and conditions, normally within 14 days of notification. Practical arrangements for other agreed or due refunds are discussed directly with you.
Include your name, service, order reference and date when emailing contact@paroleimpact.com. These arrangements do not limit mandatory rights.
